Thurrock and Brentwood Mind is a successful independent registered charity, helping to improve the lives of people with mental health problems.
>To join us, you could be a well practiced or aspiring Treasurer. For us, believing in our mission, vision and values is most important.
However, we are all ears if you also have significant knowledge and expertise in:
•Financial Management, Accounting, Auditing
•Experience in Charity finance/fundraising
•Can make strong calls of financial judgement and able to challenge/make recommendations to the Board.
You will use your financial expertise to improve mental health services and make a demonstrable impact. Although the role of a Treasurer (Trustee) is voluntary, we will of course reimburse reasonable expenses.
Diverse perspectives, experiences and voices in the room enable better decision making. We would therefore encourage anyone, regardless of experience or background, to express an interest. website.
