The Loch Lomond & The Trossachs Countryside Trust (LLTCT) is seeking a new Trustee to serve as Treasurer.
Established in 2012, we’re a Scottish charity dedicated to nature restoration and community wellbeing within Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Our projects connect people with nature and build resilient landscapes.
You’ll provide strategic financial leadership, monitor performance, and ensure compliance helping our board make sound financial decisions and support our vision for a healthier environment and community.
Although no previous experience as a charity trustee is required, we’re interested in candidates with the following skills:
- Strong financial management experience
- Ability to communicate well and offer constructive challenge
- Understanding risks
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to analyse complex information effectively, draw conclusions and present your case.
- Strong personal commitment to the values and work of the trust.
- Ability to think strategically and be creative.
The commitment: 6 board meetings (hybrid), AGM, away day, occasional tasks.
