- Ensure accurate financial records, compliance, and robust governance, including risk management and auditor liaison.
- Actively participate in Board meetings, contributing to governance and strategy.
Who We’re Looking For: - A qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant experience in financial management, charity finance, and clear communication.
- A deep commitment to climate action, informed by scientific understanding, and a desire to contribute meaningfully.
- Availability for regular Board meetings (online and in-person in North London).
Desirable Skills: - Experience as a Trustee, grant funding knowledge, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero), and broader climate awareness.
