Deadline: ongoing
ECT is seeking a Treasurer / Finance Trustee to join our enthusiastic and dedicated Board as we continue our mission to provide top-quality, safe, affordable and accessible transport services to the communities we serve. We value the range of perspectives that diversity brings and are committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment. We encourage applications from all backgrounds, including those new to a trustee role who share our values.
Our Board is shaping exciting plans for the future, working alongside our committed team of professional managers, drivers, assistants and administrators. As a Trustee, you will play a key role in guiding our charity through its next stage of growth. Based in Greenford, West London, with operations in Dorset and Cheshire, ECT has been serving communities for over 30 years, supporting young people, older adults, community groups and charities—and exploring opportunities to expand our services.
We are looking for a finance professional with strong commercial experience. Knowledge of charity finance is helpful but not essential. You will bring a strategic mindset, sound judgement and the ability to weigh risk and opportunity. Strong communication skills are important, particularly the ability to explain financial information clearly to non-specialists. Above all, we are seeking someone who is motivated to contribute their expertise and help shape ECT’s future.
Based: Head Office is Greenford, London, with other depots in Cheshire and Dorset
