Kijana Kwanza (Young People First) supports vulnerable youth in Tanzania by providing shelter, food, medical care, and access to education and vocational training. Our goal is to empower a new generation with the skills and opportunities to become financially independent.
The charity has a strong Board of Trustees and a clear five-year strategy to guide its next phase of growth. We are seeking to appoint a Treasurer to oversee the organisation’s financial management and governance, ensuring robust financial systems and supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a grassroots charity that is making a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of children, young people, and families in Tanzania.
