ORCD UK is a new charity, the British arm of ORCD, a humanitarian organisation that has delivered health, food, water and emergency relief across Afghanistan for over a decade, working with seven UN agencies and holding UN ECOSOC status.
We are now establishing ORCD UK and building our founding board. We are looking for an Honorary Treasurer to help lay strong financial foundations from the very start.
As Treasurer, you would oversee financial governance, help establish sound systems and controls, support our charity registration and guide the board on financial matters. You would be joining a small, committed team at a crucial moment.
We would welcome a qualified or experienced finance professional who shares our commitment to transparency and impact. The role is voluntary, flexible and largely remote, with a manageable time commitment.
