We are a local charity that supports people living with dementia, carers and former carers on the Wirral Peninsula. Every month, we provide a varied programme of dementia-friendly activities and social opportunities. Our activities offer stimulation, companionship, enjoyment and a sense of purpose. They also give carers opportunities to talk with others who understand their circumstances.

As Treasurer, you will maintain a Board-level overview of the charity’s finances and chair the Finance Subcommittee. Working with the Charity Manager, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of budgets, management accounts, and annual statements; help ensure sound financial policies and controls; advise on reserves and financial viability; and the financial implications of our strategy and risks.

AllChild is seeking its next Treasurer, a Trustee role chairing the Finance, Resources and Audit Committee. Now in its tenth year, AllChild is a national children’s charity working locally so that every child and young person can access the right support and opportunities, in the right way, at the right time, and is regularly cited as a working example of public service reform. We are looking for a senior finance leader still close to live decisions: a Deputy CFO, divisional Finance Director or sitting CFO. Recently retired CFOs and FDs with an active portfolio are equally welcome. Charity finance experience is desirable, not essential; a genuine interest in AllChild’s collective impact funding model matters more. The Palestine Exploration Fund (PEF) now seeks to appoint a new Honorary Treasurer to its Board of Trustees for an initial 5-year term, starting in summer 2027.
The PEF was founded under the royal patronage of Queen Victoria in 1865 to promote research into the archaeology and history, manners and customs and culture, topography, geology and natural sciences of the southern Levant (Israel, Palestine, and parts of Jordan, Syria, and the Sinai). It is the world’s oldest learned society dedicated to the study of this region. The PEF is a non-partisan, non-religious, and non-profit organization that promotes the increase of knowledge about the Levant and the dissemination of that knowledge among a broad public audience.

The Friends of Kenwood support English Heritage in its management of Kenwood House and its collections and estate on the edge of Hampstead Heath in North London. Kenwood is an 18th century Robert Adam mansion and is open to the public free of charge.
We are looking for a Treasurer to take over from the current holder of this position, who has been in office for fifteen years. The job calls for an experienced and qualified accountant who can take control of all financial and statutory matters, including day-to-day transactions, preparation of quarterly and year-end accounts, banking and cash management programme
The Treasurer works closely other officers of the charity and also with English Heritage personnel.
This position will attract someone with an interest in classical art and architecture.

Root & Branch is a mental health charity based at Westmill Farm, Watchfield, Oxfordshire. We are looking for a Treasurer to join on Board of Trustees.
We support adults experiencing significant and enduring mental health difficulties. Through therapeutic gardening, rural crafts, cooking and other practical activities, we provide a safe and welcoming environment where people can build confidence, learn new skills, develop friendships and take positive steps in their recovery.
Our services are free to participants and include a nutritious vegetarian lunch, opportunities to spend time in nature and individual support towards personal goals. Root & Branch has been supporting people in the local community for 25 years and works closely with volunteers, referrers and partner organisations across Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.
Root and Branch is in a good financial position with sufficient reserves. We’ve recently received funding from the National Lottery to further develop our service at the farm but also to develop an outreach service.
Our Office Manager manages our finances using Xero and so some experience with this system would be useful but not necessary.
This role can be fulfilled remotely.

For over 17 years, Treasures Foundation has supported women affected by homelessness, addiction, domestic abuse, trauma and the criminal justice system. We provide a trauma-informed recovery pathway that includes supported housing, a community day programme, family reconnection, move-on accommodation, employability opportunities and social enterprises that help women rebuild their lives.
This is the most significant period of growth in our history. During 2026/27, we expect our annual budget to almost double from £628,000 to £1.15 million. We will open London’s only women-only detox service, expand our supported accommodation from 14 to 19 properties and purchase.
As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking to strengthen our Board by recruiting a small number of new Trustees to help guide Treasures through this exciting stage of development — including a committed and enthusiastic Trustee Treasurer.

Founded in 1961, The Friends of Richmond Park is a charity dedicated to the conservation and protection of Richmond Park and its peace and natural beauty for the benefit of the public and future generations and to advance public education about the Park.
Activities include Volunteering (including practical conservation work and litter picking, monitoring events in the Park, staffing the Visitor Centre and organising walks), Campaigning to protect the natural and physical environment of the Park, including its wildlife, Education and Fund raising.
We are looking for a Treasurer / Trustee to ensure the charity’s finances remain well managed. This is an important but rewarding role, ideal for someone with financial experience / accountancy qualification who would like to make a meaningful contribution as part of a friendly and supportive trustee board.

The Carers’ Centre is seeking a committed, financially experienced individual to join our Board of Trustees as Treasurer. We are a low-cost counselling charity which has been established since 1994, serving the residents of North Somerset. We have got an excellent reputation, with GPs, schools, CAMHS and other organisations making referrals to us. We offer counselling sessions to around 100 adults and 11-18 year olds every week and are filling a gap which exists for people who need mental health help who do not fit with NHS services or cannot afford the cost of private therapy. We help countless people who are in distress or at the lowest ebb of their lives, to feel better and gain hope for their futures.
We have been blessed to have a Treasurer for the last 12 years who chose to support Wellspring during part of his retirement from being an Accountant. The current role we are now looking to fill would be for a Finance Trustee who can also act as Company Secretary. This would involve having oversight of our accounting process using Sage and having general oversight of all our financial matters and forecasting. It would also involve communication with the Charity Commission and Companies House periodically. They would need to attend a Board Meeting with other Trustees every two months from 7-8.30 pm in Nailsea, North Somerset. They would liaise with the Director and Senior Administrator to check everything is being done as it should be.
